Yunnan Tianda Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest and largest professional co***nies which make, design, sell and install solar modules and PV systems in China. It was reformed from Yunnan Semi-conductor Device Factory in 2004, and began to research and produce monocrystalline silicon solar cells and modules in 1978. In the last 30 years, it has installed tens of thousands of high-quality solar power stations in the mainland of China and more than 20 countries and regions in the world. These stations are now widely used in households, business and industrial fields. The co***ny has contributed positively for the promotion of solar energy and environment protection in China.
With the support from the government of Yunnan Province, Yunan Tianda Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. built a new production base which occupies 640.32 acre with a construction area of 18,000 square meters in Kunming National Economic and Technology Development Zone. Advanced technology and equipments are used to produce the crystal silicon solar cells and modules of high transformation efficiency there.
Yunnan Tianda Photovoltaic Co., Ltd regards the development of technology as the most important factor in the competitions, and focuses on it specially. The co***ny won the government support in the key scientific brainstorm project of the national Eighth Five-year Plan, Ninth Five-year Plan and Tenth Five-years Plan of China. It also has more than 20 achievements advanced in the world, which are own intellectual property, and has trained lots of staffs to be master-hand in scientific research and technical development.
